3. Brown Bread Dahi Wadas

Ingredients:

  • 6 brown bread slices
  • ½ cup of skimmed milk
  • A bowl curd
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ tablespoon of cumin powder
  • ½ tablespoon of red chili powder
  • A pinch turmeric powder

Process:

  1. Take one whisking spoon and next whip the salt and curd so that a fine, semi-solid and lump-free paste is obtained.
  2. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, chat masala (if desired) and cumin seed powder and mix all of them well.
  3. Take a container and later add all the slices of brown bread into it.
  4. Add milk at common intervals while you break plus squeeze the bread sticks to form a solid batter.
